There is a place and a time for wine and it is often part of some of the most important celebrations. Weddings, birthdays, holidays and plenty more gatherings of friends and loved ones.
It is the symbol of celebration. But this does not mean that wine should only be enjoyed during blissful times. In defeat, there is another form of celebration – celebration of character, of will and persistence.
All reasons worth a tried and true celebratory drink. A toast to good times is easy during celebrations. A toast to life during downfalls may not be as such but is certainly just as necessary. Here’s to a bit of failure every now and then. And a bit of humility towards life.
